Our refund and cancellation policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your package booking must be unredeemed. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase submitted to our contact email [email protected]. Once your request for refund is received, we will start to process your request as soon as possible. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
The method of refund will be processed depending on your original payment method:
- Online Bank Transfer, full refunds will be credited into your bank account via online bank transfer, which should be posted within 3-5 working days.
- Credit card refunds services, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
