Purpose of Deposit:

1. To confirm your company’s serious interest
2. To schedule Scrut’s evaluation team resources
3. To unlock access to confidential operational frameworks (after NDA)
4. Refund Policy (Legal-Safe Wording):
5. The RM3,000 deposit is fully refundable if the company decides not to proceedafter the evaluation process.
6. The deposit is not a payment for shares, partnership rights, or investment, and doesnot create any obligation for either party to enter into an agreement.
7. Refund will be processed within 7–14 working days upon written request.
